The GPRA (Association of Germany’s leading communications agencies with PR backgrounds) is adapting its current quality management system, the Consultancy Management Standard III (CMS III), internationally and expanding it to include ethical and training requirements for the German market. Fink & Fuchs is one of the first GPRA agencies to have already successfully completed the certification process. By receiving the CMS III seal of approval, the Wiesbaden-based communications experts demonstrate the importance of standardization and transparency in the assessment of consulting quality in the communications market. The agency’s work becomes evaluable and comparable for clients and companies.
The internationally valid standard certifies that Fink & Fuchs has a high level of quality management in the areas of leadership & communication, corporate development, client satisfaction, new business and project and campaign implementation. This is an important distinction in view of the ever-increasing complexity of communication and the associated consulting expertise.
“We are very pleased about being certified by the association,” said Alexandra Groß, CEO of Fink & Fuchs. “With the CMS III seal of approval, we can now demonstrate ‘in black and white’ that we meet our clients’ high process and compliance requirements. That makes for a good feeling on both sides.”
The GPRA’s goal is to have all current member agencies certified by 2023. Further information on CMS III certification is available in the GPRA press release at www.gpra.de. The study “Bewertung der Arbeit von Kommunikationsberatern und -agenturen” (Evaluation of the work of communication consultants and agencies) conducted by the opinion research institute Mentefactum and commissioned by the association is also available upon request from the GPRA.
