From August on, four more communications experts will be joining the Fink & Fuchs team of consultants. Camilla Jokisch (26), Kerstin Kutscher (27), Julia Schwamberger (28) and Christian Feuring (27) have now successfully completed the 15-month further qualification as account managers after graduating from their universities. New tasks await the junior employees following comprehensive on-the-job training, internships in film production, creation and editing, as well as training on account management and to become consultants.
“The promotion of well-trained junior staff has been important to us for three decades and remains so even in economically uncertain times. I am convinced that experiencing and managing crises such as the current situation will accelerate the development of their consultant personalities and that everyone will continue to benefit from the multi-faceted experience for a long time to come,” explained Alexandra Groß, CEO of Fink & Fuchs. “We are very pleased that we will continue to work with all of our junior employees. The different areas of expertise and interests enrich our team of consultants enormously,” added Groß.
Fink & Fuchs offers the trainee program on a yearly basis and adapts the content to the agency’s respective areas of expertise and communication trends. The next round is planned over the course of fiscal year 2021.
