The communications agency Fink & Fuchs will be training five more university graduates in PR & Marketing in 2019. The young professionals will undergo 15 months of training with the Wiesbaden-based communications experts and will be prepared for the profession of communications consultant in daily “on-the-job training.” This will include internships in the areas of film production, editing, creation and digital communication, in particular. Their training will be supplemented by various communication projects as part of the Fink & Fuchs CSR Initiative, which the trainees independently manage.
The training will be flanked by an extensive training program in which all the skills needed to take on a successful career as a consultant will be imparted. The trainees will be assigned responsibility for a range of client projects early on and gain practical experience both professionally and methodically very quickly. As in the previous training years, the respective mentors will act as links between theory and practice. They will be available for coaching and feedback discussions with career starters and ensure their seamless integration into the professional teams.
For more than 25 years, Fink & Fuchs has been committed to the professional training of young communication professionals. The trainees already academically prepared from various communication disciplines are given the personal, professional and methodological qualifications for their consulting career. Fink & Fuchs consistently pursues the goal of filling the consulting teams with various talents and thus professionally covering all the individual requirements of the client mandates.
Training and further education with communication experts
“Rethinking communication” – Fink & Fuchs has not only been successfully shaping the further development of the communications industry for over 30 years, but is also systematically expanding its extensive trainee program. Good reasons for Camilla Jokisch (25), Kerstin Kutscher (26) and Sabrina Bihlmayr (26) to be trained at Fink & Fuchs. For trainee Christian Feuring (26), the good reputation of Fink & Fuchs and the thematic focus on technology were also decisive, while Julia Schwamberger (27) was also convinced by the video on the training program on the Fink & Fuchs website. What they all have in common is the expectation of being able to shape communication in all its facets as consultants.
